Important: SubsidyWala acts solely as a consulting and advisory firm. We do not guarantee the approval, sanction, or disbursement of any subsidy. The final decision on subsidy approvals rests entirely with the respective government authorities and departments.

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Chennai.
