Submit your application on the official government portals such as MSME Online TN, AED Portal or FaMe TN with accurate and complete information.

Get Subsidy

Follow up with the concerned government departments regularly until the subsidy amount is approved and disbursed to your bank account.

  • Company / Firm Registration (Partnership Deed, MOA, AOA as applicable)
  • Detailed Project Report (DPR)
  • Bank Loan Sanction Letter
  • Machinery Purchase Invoices
  • Land / Building Documents (Ownership deed, lease agreement, etc.)
  • Bank Account Details (Cancelled cheque / passbook copy)
  • PAN Card & Aadhaar Card
  • Last 3 years Income Tax Returns (if applicable)

Important Timeline

Apply within 1 year of starting commercial production for MSME subsidy. The application must be submitted before the deadline to be considered for the current financial year. Late applications may be carried over to the next cycle, causing delays in disbursement.
