  • Applicable on term loans from scheduled commercial banks and financial institutions

SGST Reimbursement

3 Years Reimbursement
  • Reimbursement of State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) for a period of 3 years
  • Applicable for food processing investments exceeding Rs 10 Crore in fixed capital
  • Helps offset operational costs during the initial years of production
  • Reimbursement processed after verification of SGST paid and production records

Capital Subsidy

Up to INR 2.25 Crores
  • Capital subsidy available for investment in plant, machinery, and technical civil works
  • Maximum subsidy amount capped at INR 2.25 Crores per eligible unit
  • Applicable for new food processing units as well as expansion of existing units
  • Subsidy disbursed after commencement of commercial production and verification

Stamp Duty Concession

Land & Infrastructure Benefit
  • 50% exemption from Stamp Duty on lease or sale of land in SIPCOT Industrial Parks in A and B Category Districts
  • 100% exemption from Stamp Duty for Ultra Mega projects in SIPCOT Industrial Parks
  • Reduces the upfront cost of land acquisition for setting up food processing facilities
  • Applicable for both new land purchases and long-term lease agreements within designated industrial zones
